NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Board of Directors of the Cottonwood Metropolitan District will be held on Tuesday December 16, 2025 at the hour of 6:00 o'clock p.m. in the public offices of the Cottonwood Metropolitan District located at 8334 Sandreed Circle, Parker, Colorado 80134. The purpose of this special meeting is to replace the regularly scheduled meeting on December 23, 2025. This meeting is open to the public.

The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the District scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 has been canceled and all matters to be considered at said Regular Meeting will be considered at the Special Meeting noticed above.
